C 		Microbiology Schedule of Lectures and Labs

Current notes and guidance
July 22-23, 2008

Lecture will be devoted to four items:

  1. Composing the final draft of the comprehensive NORMAL PERINATAL BACTERIOLOGY paper
  2. For those of you who did only the honey project, its write-up
  3. Solutions quizzes 11 and 12 for the non-smug
  4. Birthday Party for Dr. V

Note: Everyone's name will be on both papers UNLESS you opt out. Thus be sure to use your publishable name and not "Sweet Cheeks" or "Tootsie."

Lab will be for the FINAL EXAM, which will be worth a combination of 2 Post- and 2 Pre-quizzes. The format of the final will be that all y'all will enter the room with an answer-sheet in hand, and you will see question stations around the room. You will INDIVIDUALLY, CLOSED BOOK/NOTES go from station to station and answer the questions. When you have handed in that answer sheet, each of you will pick up a YELLOW answer sheet from Dr. V, and then get your usual partners together and do the rounds OPEN BOOK AND NOTES. The group will turn in ONE yellow sheet with all y'all's names on it. The two grades (individual and group) will be averaged.
